Good for a small restaurant, but not great for multiple locations, multiple languages, complex menus, or large establishments.. for instance, if you have a set that includes a meal and a drink and they are processed in different kitchens .. you cannot use modifiers because the modifiers are sent to the kitchen where the primary meal goes. you can decouple them, but this opens up the restaurant to mistakes and fraud. product managers and developers are not helpful or responsive.

This is just awesome! I would love if the app would have the option to add a new item when the cashier scans a barcode which is not in system yet, instead of just alerting that the item is not found, it should ask if you want to add a new item with this barcode and this way the cashier won't have to go out of the ticket and come back. Thanks!

I'm using this app on multiple devices and love it. However, I did recently just start using the search option on 1 of my 2 tablets & my phone. It doesn't work the same way on my other tablet. Instead of typing a few letters & then clicking my choice(s), for some reason I have to click twice to be able to start typing and then I have to hit enter to have my options come up, which is very frustrating when I'm trying to ring up many items that start with the same few letters, taking twice as long.

Our register died and we needed something fast. Downloaded several apps to test and Loyverse had so many features and was easy to set up and use, it was the easy choice. After we were done testing, we contacted support to delete all the test receipts. they got back to us right away. We especially like that we can use out tablet as a scanner and it was super easy to set up the receipt printer and import our inventory. So far, so good.

The aplication is very easy to use, as someone who normally just writing sales on book. I can understand most of the concept in few hours. I really want to make subscription. BUT i find it hard to use in store with Whole Bargaining Product, I can't make another variable price after put the "real price" as minimum selling price for specific product, I need at least 2 price label there for my employee as limiter.

1. You can’t save to an existing open ticket (“All predefined tickets are in use”). People usually order first and only pick the payment method afterward—then it becomes clear they want to add to an open ticket. Creating multiple tickets for the same group isn’t a solution. The Save button should allow saving new orders to existing open tickets, just like Move ticket does. 2. Can't edit items on open tickets, annoying. 3. Don't see new feature to group identical items in tickets anywhere.

Hi. can this software be used on a PC? like we've been using a different software and we saw that Loyverse is advanced but does it work on a Windows 10 touchscreen point of sale hardware with kitchen printers connected by ethernet cable?

Is there a more robust way to view photos of items for finer details? using this system for rocks, fossils, minerals, Meteorites, handmade jewelry, and other unique items that in a bunch can seem too similar to one another can cause problems, I need to be able to view item photos in detail both I the inventory and the POS to make certain the right items are being sold or accounted for.

I'll be using this for a small business of mine. I'm testing it out & it's doing all that i want, meaning i like it. One thing i need is to have a 'discount' field on the ticket before doing the final 'charge', thus finalizing the ticket. I know there's an option in the menu for this, but it only lets me add predetermined % values or the amount, & it needs to be done for every inventory item separately. I would like to be able to input the % or discount amount freely right in the ticket. Thanks.

Whilst it is commendable that Loyverse has create a very slick piece of software for free, it is worth noting that it is lacking on some key areas which has meant that I am unable to use for own restaurant, (which is a real shame because I actually like this software). There is no real open table option to see at a glance which tables are open orders and it is very fiddly to have to take several steps to access an open order. This is unacceptable for a large restaurant with 20+ tables. There are options to add in tables, (a workaround at best) but you are still unable to actually see any open orders. The discounting option is terrible. I am sorry to say but I have no idea why you have to set up discount options. Why is it not possible to select an item and manually input a number, either a % or actual number? These 2 are real deal breakers for my usage. However it is a very good bit of software and for other businesses it might be a good fit. I am very happy to actually pay a monthly fee for this software but without these 2 very important things, it

Loyverse has been so incredible. We were initially hesitant to try it out, thinking it would be too good to be true. At first it's a lot of work to input all of the items/modifiers/variants, but all the work is so worth it. My staff picked it up almost immediately. Being able to change/add items in real time saves so much time reprogramming a traditional POS system. The loyalty program has eliminated our paper punch cards, and the reporting is AMAZING.

App is very useful and intuitive. It is easy to use even for a newbie. I haven't been able to use all features, I feel I would certainly add some features when our system is running properly with all stock and items. There were server error around Christmas, but now it is working fine. Would be great if there was an explanation why the server is error, and if there's a way to mitigate when it happens again (offline through my computer, for example).
