the mobile app is not useful at all. It doesn't shows the latest request status and also the request which is raised via app gets stuck and takes months to process. no follow up or update is received from the centre and the requestor has to keep contacting the customer care center for the update. The website is much more mature than the app.

Completely rubbish application. I tried to update my new address, but it is not recognising any UPI IDs or Debit/Credit card numbers(says invalid number) and cancelled several times. However, it took the card details the next day and money deducted from my account but in the app it is showing payment failed. This is happening the second time(₹75) and the first time it was from the website(₹50). They want us to stand in the queue to make these small changes. 🔔 Digital india

The app and the website do not work on WiFi connection. They work only on mobile network connection which is an inconvenience. Other than that, services seem to be better. I used it for address update based on family member. Hopefully it doesn't get rejected, as I have read for multiple people that after paying ₹75, the application got rejected without a reason, and that too multiple times.

The application is working mostly fine. However, I noticed an issue when switching the language. The language does change, but only partially. This issue is primarily visible on the "More" screen, where some text elements remain in the previous language instead of updating to the selected one. It seems that certain strings are not being refreshed or localized properly. Kindly look into this issue and ensure that the language change is applied consistently across all screens.

Feature Request: Please Add Flow Process for the request, so that we can see stages of completion. Like you are showing the current status. But there is no way for me to see all the possible values for it. So I don't know what my request status is, even if I am seeing it's current state. It is especially confusing for people raising the request for the first time.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered my PVC Aadhaar card 13 days ago urgently for a competitive exam, but it still hasn't been printed . The app tracking is not updated, and the helpline (1947) is unhelpful, only asking to wait longer without any guaranteed date. Do not rely on this app if you need your card urgently.

I had put an request for myself and my son for address update and also up loaded the necessary documents required and paid online but nothing happened, I wrote few emails to check regarding the update, I got a reply after a long time that my request (for me & my son) are not approved also the money was deducted. I again put a new request for address update yesterday after submitting the necessary documents required and making online payment, again it was deline and payment deducted again

trying to update my address, but due to system translation error application was rejected and ammount of 75 rs also charged for this system mistake....why???? why the government not negotiate the amount due to system error or started collecting the money from Indian through this method.....

The option for download masked aadhaar is very inconsistent. Most of the times it does not work. It pops up error message " some technical problem, please try layer"

Need lot of improvements and policy change. Selected auto translation but still address update rejected with reason as translation error. And the policy says amount is not refundable

I installed this for changing my current address . after completing payment and everything it's not opening. it shows my device or number is not registered using this.

When you raise adhar update for address update. They charge you some amount but don't refund the amount incase it gets rejected and the reject reason is their own problem.

Not able to download my regular aadhar after entering OTP. this service used to work before. I guess there is a bug. please fix it.

Please don't use this app to make any update / corrections (paid service), I tried updating my address 3 times and also made online payments (3 times) but my update request were not approved, every time I got a different reason for not approval of my request and also my money was deducted 3 times. Please visit a center personally and do any update or correction

Actually, I want to give this app one star but it is not worth it. I have lost my Aadhaar number, so I have been trying this many times, but this app does not select any year after 1970. No matter how many years you enter before 1970, this app will show you only 1970.

dude this app is too horrible. i wanted to book an appointment. the web site is not opening I waited around 2 hours but I didn't get an appointment because of not opening site. i haven't seen this type of rubbish app. fix the bug dude. gov't is taking tax from us and providing this type of headache fix this asaf

Doesn't work when you need it to. Biometric locking and unlocking functionality is a nightmare. Servers voluntarily decide to go down when you need it to work.

maadhar app is not working sometimes its says something wrong happened try again sometimes this app is not downloaded from play store or similar type message. The fun fact is app is downloaded from play store unistalled and downloaded again many times issue did not resolved

This is really a disappointed app. even after sharing my light bill it keep rejecting my address . Please roll back to approve it manually as your software and your developers are not capable of identifying basic check. .i kept getting serve error

The message when starting the application with mobile network connection and internet, we are experiencing technical difficulties in reaching our servers. The application does not login due to network issues.
