Meh. Not bad, nothing fancy. Limited options. But it's good for what I need to do, which is automatically transfer money to my Marcus savings account from an external bank's checking account every month. Glad you increased the interest rates for my savings accounts. I'd rather have competitive interest rates than a fancy app. As long as the app isn't buggy, which it's not, so I'm good.

One of the worse accounts in terms of app, site, and general process. Eg. I made a transfer to another account after verifying it. They blocked that transfer, and didn't even let me know. I got a call once that I couldn't pick up. They didn't call back, leave a message, send an email, nor a text. I waited for the funds to show up. When I called they told me they put my account on hold! Also, they send you a passcode and ask you for it on the call. Anyone can pretend to be them and take that code

Mediocre app. Can't set alerts when card is used. Takes too long to do anything. Has repeatedly made double payments due to slow actions. Payments usually go through but rarely get confirmation. I only know my bill is paid when it comes out of my bank. Lastly, the devaluing of points means I don't earn as much discount on a new car as fast as I used to. Will cancel card as soon as i buy my next car (problem with bank/GM, not specifically the app).
