Moneywalk Step Counter&Rewards

Update: Never accurate. I have repeatedly took over 5k steps, but it only recorded 1k. Really hard to earn money. The workout option doesn't accurately track. I did the raise a panda bear to get extra coins, and right before I reached the level they changed it to grow a tree and it lost all progress. There are also a lot of fake ads that say you have a virus (and will give you one if you click on it).

Ads do not load at all. I keep missing out on points because of this. I used to at least be able to answer the health question of the day. Now I can't even do this. Nor can I collect my sleep points for the night (which used to disappear at 12 and now disappear at 10 with no way of changing, even if I do time update.) these updates are frustrating. Otherwise the app has veen wonderful for getting to collect coins at a good pace (faster than any other walking money app I have used) pls fix

I thought this would be a good app to help keep track of my steps and get some gift cards at the same time. Almost 3 months of having this app and I have finally gotten 5k points, which is supposed to be enough to get a $5 gc. Unfortunately, I can't even get the card. Keep getting the same error message. Not the first issue I've had with this app and CS is a freaking joke. They DO NOT respond!

Moneywalk has begun having problems with their ads not rewarding after being viewed. Buoy ads, Intuit Credit Karma ads, and others do not reward. If the ad only came up once, it wouldn't be a big deal. But, for example, click a button to watch an ad. Watch an Intuit Credit Karma ad for 10 seconds. Close ad. No reward. Click button to watch again. Intuit credit Karma again. Still no reward. repeat 5-6 times. give up. I quit. I liked the app but I'm wasting my time if there is no reward.

Accused of fraud after attempting to redeem a $1 Amazon gift card. I tried more than once to redeem and kept getting an error message, and then I got locked out. Customer Service said they restored my redemption privileges, but I still couldn't redeem. They said they would investigate further, and they came back claiming that there was unusual activity. How is clicking a redeem button unusual activity? I liked the app's features, but what's the point if I can't redeem?

This app doesn't work they'd rather forcibly shove ad's down your eye sockets than give you gift cards,vans stupidly enough to try encourage you to play video games to get more points, any app that's counter intuitive like this is obviously a scam that won't work and do what they lie about saying they do. I've been recording and tracking since October and my points still aren't anywhere near being able to exchange for a gift card, here it is 4 months later and still I got nothing.

I got this app because of the reviews being decent and me wanting a little bit of passive income to pay for little treats. I was really close to being able to cash out when it kicked me out, I couldn't log in to my account and had to make a new one, it also wouldn't let me set a step goal which stopped me from fully setting up my new account.

This app won't give me my points for watching the ads for the hidden points, he steps button won't work so although I earned it, I can't claim the steps, and the exercise part doesn't work even it has you do the 10 sets of squats. it counts up to 9 squats and then doesn't count. so, you never even complete the first set. I've used customer service help and no one has responded.

I've been using this app for a lil bit. All of a sudden it has stopped counting my steps! I tried a couple different things to see if it needed updated and/refreshed, etc... No luck! I guess I will try and see if I can just get a gift card with the points that I have accumulated??? *************UPDATE ************* I haven't even had the app long enough to accumulate enough points to get the smallest gift card! What a bummer! I feel like maybe I could have wasted my time on something else!!!!!!!

I'm updating my review due to new circumstances arising! So, like I've said before, the first time I cashed out was a breeze. Well, after months of watching ads and walking and dealing with the site constantly crashing out, I FINALLY reached the amount required to cash out for $10... only to never receive the gift card. I've sent emails to you all along with the company you all use for sending out the giftcards, XOXODAY... And still nothing... I finally deleted the app!

This app doesn't connect to my pedometer on my phone. The sleep points option hasn't worked in weeks when I log in. It doesn't acknowledge that I logged in for the daily check-in, and then I have to start all over the new daily check-in exercise function. does not work. I was doing squats for 10 minutes because it wasn't reading that I was doing the squats, so I got no points toward them. There are a lot of glitches that need to be worked out. I'm missing so many points because of bug issues.

I've gotten a $5 and $10 Amazon gift card so far. The process went smoothly. I really like the app. The Walking Battle feature encourages me to walk more. I like the variety of tasks that must be performed to earn points. I do have a complaint tho. since the update I'm having trouble with the ads. I keep getting the message "Loading ad. Please be wait momentarily". It happens when I try to multiply points. If I forfeit the points and try something else the ad loads without a problem.

Logged me out for no reason. I use this app daily and when I open it, I never have to log in manually because I have my username & password saved. When I logged back in today, it created a new account even though I used the same phone number. Now I lost all my accumulated points! Also this app takes WAY TOOOO LONG to verify points for the day. It's time consuming watching too many ads & to complete the bonuses. You need to start verifying throughout the day or 2 hrs before midnight! 🦥🐢

Pretty good app. however the sleep option hasn't been properly working for several days...also, I did not receive any bonus for my daily check-ins after a week... Edit: App has been fixed and works much better! Sometimes the ads load forever, so I have to get out of the app and open it up again, which usually does the trick. I have received 2 $5 off from Amazon, which I have already redeemed, so it is a legit app.

Started using moneywalk at the beginning of March. I've liked all the different features to keep me engaged & walking. However, there are glitches with ads loading, too much time taken up with ads for the actual payouts, & after I redeemed my 1st gift card, it now says "gift card payouts are suspended indefinitely due to suspicious activity." I've reached out multiple times w/no reply or remedy. Seems to me the app just doesn't want to pay people out even though they get paid to advertise. 👎

This was the straw that broke the camel's back. I am deleting all my games and other apps. First of all the privacy policy like all others is just acknowledgement that you have no privacy. Second, it starts out fine, but within a few days the points get less and less. I got one dollar on my second day,(not received yet after 3 days), my next dollar would take 4 or 5 days. As on most of these apps and games as time goes by the ads get more numerous and more lengthy. I think I will go take a walk.

DONT TRUST IT! After used app about 2 months, I am deleting it. Besides the fact that there are SOOOO many adds that last FOREVER, they are also INVASIVE. Once you click an add, you can NOT exit out of it until it's over. I needed to answer a call, try to exit out of the app and it will keep on coming back on. You can NOT shut it off or exit the app once you have clicked on a button and add starts to play. I could understand forfeiting points, but NOT having that kind of control over my phone!

I like it but the only thing is the constant ads are really annoying. I get ad after ad when I am claiming my coins. It's annoying as hell. Also after last update a majority of the gift card redemptions went away. If the ad problem is not fixed by the end of this year I am going to drop my rating to 1 star and uninstall the app completely. Please bring back more stuff to redeem your points for as well. 😭😭😭

This app is not very good. The step tracking is very inconsistent, and sometimes doesn't work for hundreds to thousands of steps. As well as the fact that you are having ads throw at you like it's a bad poorly made mobile game. Almost everything you click will force you to watch an ad before you get or can do anything. It is horrendous.

Decent app and liked it because it had PayPal but now it's gone. Bring it back please. Do like it has other rewards too unlike some apps that don't have a lot of options to choose from. 1 star now because I'm having issues with redeeming my gift card. Shows I can but the app closes multiple times before getting an error. Tried customer support and no answer or attempt to resolve the issue. Got perfect Internet service
