You have a bug. I can't open your app because it says update required. When I click on update within your app, it takes me to Android Play store where there is no option to upgrade. Only uninstall and open. I click on open and it takes me back to the screen that says I need to upgrade. Endless loop.

the app is very helpful in coordinating medical care. requesting refills on medication, new appointments and asking follow up questions is easy. you can also view labs, tests. and after visit summaries. even better, you can view, and pay balances. this includes the ability to set up a payment plan without having to have an awkward conversation.

It's ok. It doesn't help in any real way, if anything it helps providers phone it in. Want an explanation of your diagnosis? Check the app. Want to talk to a nurse? Nope, use the app, we'll get back to you in two-three days. Questions about your statement? Check for information on the app, which doesn't have any additional information. This app is just one more way we're charged more while getting less. While it's under OhioHealth, this is ultimately MyChart which would get the same review.

I like the app because I have access to my doctor without having to navigate the dreaded phone-tree. The communication is direct and timely. I have access to the results of tests that have been performed. Paying the bill thru the app is convenient, too.

I like the app. The only issue I have is that you can not save your cc information in for payments. When you save your information It will not let you scroll up to make the payment.

I used to be able to send a message to my doctor without any problems but I tried to send a message to my doctor and he's not even on the list, not even his nurse practitioner. There are 2 doctors on my list that I have can send a message to and one is a lung specialist who I haven't seen since November 2024, and the other one is a joint specialist and the last time I saw him was December 2023. This is so sad 😞 What type of health care do you claim to be. Definitely not mine.

I liked the app quite a bit prior to the December 4th update. now, it's a pain the butt. More steps required to login and navigate. It was a step backwards not a step forwards in utility.

Great app! Easy to navigate. Sometimes links are a bit buried, but otherwise all the required information is available.

I do not like that the pay now doesn't include the details of the charge. I also keep seeing notices about new charges since the last statement that I am pretty sure I already paid. The payments often include "welcome payment" in the name which is useless. And yes I know there is the details tab next to the payments tab but it is all kludgy and disjointed. I am seriously considering going back to paper statements, this paperless billing sucks.

steady saying there is an issue loading but I dont have this with any other app and I had blood dran and it is so hard to get these results released to the provider tht ordered them

You keep deleting my payment method and it's a pain to figure out how to get it back on. You can't fill in the data and hit save for future use. The only options it gives you are Back and Cancel (no pay option!). This is twice now I've fussed with it to pay my bill. I give up. I'll try again in a few weeks. It's happened to me one other time and to my husband. Your payment card info just disappears.

the app is easy to navigate, handy for handling meds, allergies, test results and appointments.

Well , this app is wonderful keep you up-to-date on all of your appointments and who you will be seeing when you go in. learn about your test results the positions are great they take everything into consideration that you've been through which is the best thing ever because in the past 2 years I've been through a lot and every one of my doctors have been supportive and done everything they could to get me through what I had to go through thank you

What is the point of this app? Any appointment I schedule through it is canceled. It shows the wrong number of refills so when I delay scheduling another appointment, I run out of my medication because the doctor refused additional refills the app told me I already have. The only thing good about the app is being able to see test results quickly.

Have one message and one appointment and received emails on these. Can only find the appointment; not the message. Will try to go back and look for it. How is this easier than the old system? I don't use Ohio Health's system much. After an appointment all I received was a canned message with little information other than blood pressure, oxygen saturation and weight. The app does not work well on an android phone. Can't seem to get out of this review.

Normally I really like this app a lot, its convenient, easy to use, an I love that I can manage my Test Results, Doctors/Specialist, & Appointments all in 1 place with quick an easy access to everything... Unfortunately now after the newest Update the app was working fine for about 5-10 mins, then it just stopped. An it keeps saying "No Internet Connection", & "Use Wifi, Or Mobile Data Network". I connected to WiFi but it still doesn't work.. Please Fix This Issue...

Great app It would be very helpful to be able to screenshot instructions / direction on where to go and what to do . Sometimes, you can't pull up information because of the location or need of speed to pull up information. Please consider allowing screenshots as an option . When you get to an appointment To be able to re read where to go is important when you're not feeling good . To the computer programmer, think of the patient and not the legalities.

Mixed feelings but this is a deal breaker. I can't screenshot or easily share my details. I would imagine it's some sort of privacy settings, HIPPA and whatnot, but I should be able to adjust these settings to allow screenshots, and I can't (as far as I could tell) When I downloaded packets for sharing it downloaded everything except what I wanted. A bunch of stupid thumbnails.

Sometimes it locks me out saying my password is incorrect when it isn't and even when I change it I still can't get in for days. Today it won't let me in because there is a mandatory update but when I click update there is not one... This is very frustrating to not be able to access the information I need when I need it.
