app works great, shipping speed sucks. it says 5-7 business days but it often takes way longer for things to be delivered to the facility. (not talking about how long it takes to get to the inmate, i mean how long it takes to just get to the facility itself). they should at least have an option where you can track it. edit : my newest order has been in printing for 5 days already and still has not shipped. absolutely ridiculous.

I used the app a few times, and it was hard to tell if you're sending a photobook or individual photos, but there was at least one option that's description said just enough even though it wasn't clear. I just went to use the app to order a photobook, & the app has since changed where I can't tell AT ALL if it's a book or photos. It's super frustrating, which is really disappointing because my loved one really loved the photobooks. Texting for help was useless. I was told to watch YouTube.

So I haven't even gotten to fully use the app yet. I can get all the way to the pàrt where you pick your pics and you can now put filters on and edit them. At the top talks bout "insuring" your pics in case not delivered. Scroll down to the bottom and it says you can either click, Yes! I wanna insure pics or, No thanks, right beneath.. Can u fix that so I can finally hit the No thanks button? He's been waiting forever for them, but I'm not in a situation to have a card or money for that matter.
