app works great, shipping speed sucks. it says 5-7 business days but it often takes way longer for things to be delivered to the facility. (not talking about how long it takes to get to the inmate, i mean how long it takes to just get to the facility itself). they should at least have an option where you can track it. edit : my newest order has been in printing for 5 days already and still has not shipped. absolutely ridiculous.
I used the app a few times, and it was hard to tell if you're sending a photobook or individual photos, but there was at least one option that's description said just enough even though it wasn't clear. I just went to use the app to order a photobook, & the app has since changed where I can't tell AT ALL if it's a book or photos. It's super frustrating, which is really disappointing because my loved one really loved the photobooks. Texting for help was useless. I was told to watch YouTube.
So I haven't even gotten to fully use the app yet. I can get all the way to the pàrt where you pick your pics and you can now put filters on and edit them. At the top talks bout "insuring" your pics in case not delivered. Scroll down to the bottom and it says you can either click, Yes! I wanna insure pics or, No thanks, right beneath.. Can u fix that so I can finally hit the No thanks button? He's been waiting forever for them, but I'm not in a situation to have a card or money for that matter.
Pictures get there fast and the process is discreet, so you can send just about anything you want (as long as it coincides with the regulations of the prison you're sending to). Pictures are good quality and you can even send a little note along with them if you want...Overall, my experience with Pelipost has been extremely satisfying for me as well as, if not more, for my inmate. Thank you, Pelipost!
Im happy with pelipost! And so is my L.O. in lockup. My pictures always arrive quickly to their destination and the app is super easy to use and doesnt cost much. Much cheaper and easier than printing and mailing my own. And Im told the quality is good. I havent seen them as they are being sent to my man who is incarcerated. Of all the apps Ive tried, being several I find pelipost to be the best.
I actually really like this app... it's super convenient and easy to use. However, when in your "Order History", if you try to see the pictures you've sent, sometimes it doesnt work and it never works to go to the beginning of the pictures again while also freezing the whole app.... otherwise though no issues. 👍
Garbage! It used to be great then the latest update erased my contact. After I re-entered everything it doesn't work. If you click on start order it instantly gives an error code about leaving a section blank, however I can't even get to the part where they're is anything to fill out. Nothing like ruining a good product. I'll be uninstalling it and finding something useful
Since the update i can only access 4/25 of the photo albums on my phone. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and checked all permissions.
Hands down the best photo sending service to send photos to my incarcerated loved one. I've tried several and these guys just simply do what they say they do. Print and send the photos! They are fast and efficient. And their customer support is amazing! I live in Australia, so with time differences and everything I still had my issue sorted and my refund within 24hours. Thank you for making a very difficult scenario of being so far from my husband, just a little bit easier.

the app is easy to use and straightforward. The photos are processed quickly and sent out to their destination as fast as you choose. the prices are fair and reasonable with alot of different packages options to choose from! I try to send photos to my loved one as often as I can and he is always satisfied with the photo quality!
I absolutely love this app!! You don't have to worry about making trips to go print them out or for them to have to send the pictures back because it's on the wrong kind of print paper. I find it totally convenient and it definitely rest assures our loved ones that they are deeply cared for while doing time and such. Highly recommend :) it is also reasonably priced.
So far everything has been great and the cost is very nice cause they give you $20.00 to send pictures and the subscription fee is only $9.99 . This service is the best one I could find and I would definitely recommend to anyone. App is very easy to navigate.. Thank you very much Pelipost for the service you offer and all the extras as well..
Easy to use & apsolutely amazing to use to send your incarcerated loved one photos! all u do is pick the pictures you want to send to your incarcerated loved one, type in the address of the prison he/she is located at, type in your payment info and your done! From there they print the pics in very high quality prints and they send them straight to your loved one! They are also very fast at sending them. They gave me a delivery date and it was there days before that date! It is pricey but worthit
I have reached out to customer support and received no response. I have installed and uninstalled the app numerous times, but it won't work. It just gives me a blank white screen. *edit* Customer support was very willing to offer suggestions and I was finally able to place my order and send pictures to my loved one. Very affordable and simple enough to place the order when I got things figured out. Thanks again for all of your help
Please review their return policy before purchasing with this app. Basically, Pelipost doesn't care about their customers after they spend their money. No refund. No return of your photos either. In addition to this- my loved one never even got a rejection letter from the facility stating that a letter or package was rejected for X reason (& they always do). This leads me to believe it's a scam just like other apps like this. Save yourself the trouble and just print them & send them the old way.
I use Pelipost to share pictures with my inmate friends and i can't imagine using anything different, honestly. the app works great, it's easy to put together your photo order, the pictures are of great quality I'm told, and the orders seem to always arrive on time or slightly early! can't complain about anything :)
I used to adore this app,,,until I upgraded my phone. I don't understand because it's the same android OS, but now I can't even OPEN the app without it crashing as soon as I try to log in with Facebook. I'm so disappointed! This was my favorite program when it came to sending my inmate photos regularly, and now I'm going to have to switch to something else. So sad...please patch soon!
Pelipost makes sharing memories with my son incredibly easy. It's convenient and affordable. I can crop pictures in the app as well. Photos are very good quality. The cost of the membership is an even better value. If you anticipate sending pictures to someone in jail, Pelipost is the way to go.
It's good when it's working. If you need any help, their customer service is probably one of the worst I've ever experienced. Emails get replied too late, they never answer their text messages, and you always miss their "10am-8pm EST Mon-Friday" live support chat even if it's within that time frame.
This app is quick, easy and inexpensive. During the process it allows you to change your picture choices as often as you need or want. It even provides a simple checklist to compare your pictures to, so your love one will be able to receive them. Love this app. Definitely will be using it quite often.
