The app offers a detailed flight schedule, terminal and gate updates, and the ability to search for flights, airports, and locations on the world map. Additionally, users can receive notifications about flight delays or changes, check the weather forecast, and track flights all over the world. Planes Live Premium Features include unlimited alerts, terminal, check-in, gate, and baggage info, and no ads. The app tracks flights for numerous airports, including all major US airports, 30,000+ international airports, and 1,500+ international airlines. The coverage zone includes up to 95% of Europe, up to 90% of ADS-B coverage for airplanes in South America, close to 100% coverage of transmitter-enabled airplanes in North America, major coverage of South Africa and partial coverage of the rest of Africa, 100% coverage in Australia and Oceania, and coverage of mainly densely populated areas in Asia. The flight tracker app uses data from several providers, which is collected from aircraft equipped with ADS-B transmitters. Signed up so I can prove to my local airport that I have planes flying directly overhead all day. As others said, you cannot move forward without providing a card (other, similar apps have a free version, this one has a subscription). Once you access the map, there are no live flights when ypy zoom in, despite seeing them when zoomed out. I immediately cancelled the subscription and uninstalled.

I downloaded it just a few minutes ago, but after I see the 3 days free trial and my payment information show up I uninstalled right away. Flightradar24 is better. While I have a subscription with Flightradar24, I can also use it for free with limited options, so I was able to prove it before I decided to open a subscription. Planes live is already a turn off from the way they are introducing this app and marketing it.

Pathetic. You can't "trial it" without accepting to pay for $14 a month thereafter. Or $48 annually. (AUD) What would be a better suggestion. Have a full free version with 1 free live track so we can see what its like; with an in app purchase for -each- country. Reasonably priced not excessively. Specially if you don't need all of them, at least give us an option to choose. Uninstalled.
