The new functionality available in the mypostnord app is the opening of Package Lockers. This feature is exclusive to the app and allows users to easily access their packages. Additionally, all the previous features available on my.postnord.no have been incorporated into the app. With the mypostnord app, users can also send packages to any location within the country. By selecting the "send" option, users can follow the step-by-step process, pack their items in a box, print the label, and send it from the nearest PostNord delivery point. Furthermore, it is now possible to print the label directly in-store. PostNord's detailed package tracking feature offers a range of popular additional services. These include the ability to change the pickup location and request home delivery for packages. Users can easily manage their packages and make any necessary adjustments to ensure a convenient and efficient delivery experience. Overall, the mypostnord app provides users with convenient access to Package Lockers, as well as a comprehensive range of services previously available on my.postnord.no. Not a good experience. estimated time disappears if you close the app after reading it. the delivery disappears if 1 of 2 is delivered and the 2nd one isn't on the road. (it returns once it is) 2 package were to be delivered, was given time of delivery and a weight of 40KG+, i canceled plans to get it but it was the 2nd phone sized package i didn't have to be there for. no notification of them being close, so you can't be out of hearing range for the 3 hours given (which might be wrong too)

Ok app but bad shipping company. Packages often get stuck in a loop going between 'on the way to the store pickup point' and on its way back to the terminal for days. Just back and forth. it also just stays at the terminal for days without any updates and goes way over the estimated delivery date.

The app is OK, and the actual y delivery service is terrible. Packages dissappear, re-appear, and most of all, are delayed by over a week. Some online stores offer delivery with only PostNord, and I've used them for private and business related orders, and it's always the same - delays, and drivers that for some reason, cannot fint the doorbell or my phone number to contact me om upon delivery. I'm not sure how well the drivers are payed, but the service reveals it all.
