Not a good experience. estimated time disappears if you close the app after reading it. the delivery disappears if 1 of 2 is delivered and the 2nd one isn't on the road. (it returns once it is) 2 package were to be delivered, was given time of delivery and a weight of 40KG+, i canceled plans to get it but it was the 2nd phone sized package i didn't have to be there for. no notification of them being close, so you can't be out of hearing range for the 3 hours given (which might be wrong too)
Ok app but bad shipping company. Packages often get stuck in a loop going between 'on the way to the store pickup point' and on its way back to the terminal for days. Just back and forth. it also just stays at the terminal for days without any updates and goes way over the estimated delivery date.
The app is OK, and the actual y delivery service is terrible. Packages dissappear, re-appear, and most of all, are delayed by over a week. Some online stores offer delivery with only PostNord, and I've used them for private and business related orders, and it's always the same - delays, and drivers that for some reason, cannot fint the doorbell or my phone number to contact me om upon delivery. I'm not sure how well the drivers are payed, but the service reveals it all.
Terrible delivery and customer service The delivery service is extremely poor. The system allows you to choose your preferred pickup location, but then the package is rerouted to a completely different (and much farther) location without notice. Customer service is just as disappointing — emails go unanswered and no real help is offered. It feels like no one is actually addressing the issues customers report. Very frustrating experience overall.
The user registration form is broken, there is no button or checkmark for "accepting" the terms of use, but the "Opprett" button just prints the error "Vilkår må aksepteres". I just want to pick up a parcel, I don't want or need an account with Postnord, and I certainly don't want to debug a defective app. None of this was disclosed when I chose to have the parcel delivered in their pick-up box.
Awful. Doesn't detect that your in front of the automatic delivery machine. Doesn't sned you bar code so that you can pick up in store so you have to email them. Which they have hidden as it's nearly impossible to contact them other than calling. Useless company. How on earth have they realised an app so broken. I'm surprised they are even capable of delivering packages. I wouldn't trust them to deliver a newspaper.
Sucks, besides tracking nothing works! Update: I have no understanding why PostNor releases an app that does not allow to specify the delivery time. Old info: When you are in front of a parcel delivery station, nothing happens. After you allow someone else to get the parcel for you, you are out of the loop. No chance to extend, no chance to get back control. Even basic security is not in place: logout does not mean one is logged out, click login and you are in without using any credentials.
packets just randomly appear, tripple duplicates, never auto archives, since last system maintenance this is even worse, in additon to packets getting lost.
Need app to open the package. App will not open after installing. Error message: "Failed to read the appdata. Cannot start the app." Excellent work guys! Update: got the app running by starting it from app management. When I got to the box, it would crash when I tried to open the box. Called the number. "known issued with Android", "try unpairing all Bluetooth devices". Lady was nice and tried to help. Had to have it shipped to an alternate location, 2-5 working days delay
Insists every step of the way that it needs bluetooth, then redirects to the phone's settings for the app, where Bluetooth access is not available to give, and it clearly says "no access denied". But after going through the steps of getting to the button to open the box - and tapping away the "give bluetooth plz" message multiple times - it... opens the box with no issue. It works, but nags about Bluetooth access even if it apparently has it.
A grotesque odyssey of contradicting claims and mis-information. First, I didn't want this app, I never opted to get this app, I was simply pressed into getting it to receive my parcel. Then it plays racist, won't install on the phone of a foreigner. Get another phone, try to register my number - app claims that the number is already active, cannot be reset.... If you can't write apps, don't do it. Just allow folks to retrieve the parcels via a pin code.

Forcing the user to re-register when updating the app sucks. Not providing a working app sucks even more. When I look up a package, I expect it to stay in the app, and when looking up the same tracking number, I expect to see the tracking information again, not "we couldn't find your package". Do better.
it is almost unusable. Rarely works. Getting out packages might work after several tries. Sending with the app? That you can forget.
If you get the text that says " this app is not available in your country" open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, go to Settings > General > Account and device preferences > Country and profiles, and then select the new country
App STILL not working. Was not notified in app, cannot see any package history, but in my mail I see a package waiting. Incredible.
I love paying for a product and not receiving it! I love when the dedicated app doesn't connect to the package box! I love having my products stuck in an oversized coffin! How very convenient of PostNord to also blame the user in the support call. At least I know for the future: Avoid PostNord, or if that is not an option, send the package to a post office rather than the mortuary. (By the way, Posten has never failed me.)
Dark mode has dark brown text on black background, almost impossible to read.
Good app, and have had great experiences retrieving packages from the postboxes, and to get information about the history of my packages, but the last update seems to have a serious bug. it's broken everything now. the app doesn't open at all now. instantly crashes. hopefully it gets fixed fast!
The app is okay, but it doesn’t really help. They can hardly deliver any package without damage.
Took a long time to make an account because of vipps login didn't work the first few times I tried and I didn't get the verification sms until 3 hours after requesting it. You should also make it clear that when you allow someone to pick up a package for you the package will disappear from your own app.
