most streamlined print experience ever! I wish it was this easy to use every printer.

After several attempts to use this app, I can't even give it a two-star rating. Maybe another 30 minutes wasted in another attempt today. After I quit trying it sent me a notice, but that was about location services from a couple of years ago. No reason it should need the location, but it turned out that permission was granted anyway. I think the main reason to write a review is only to note that the 7-Eleven printing app has worked without memorable difficulties on a number of occasions.

Worked excellently. A little tricky to get working because I was unsure of which to start first, printer or app. Turns out doesn't really matter, you need to get the printer to the screen where it says go to the app, then just continue everything in the app until you're ready to pay. Done.

The connection to the printer was problematic, even when so I was connected to the wifi correctly. Other than that, easy to use. Very happy that such a printer app can finally be installed with a non japanese phone account.

Why some of my files don't appear in the app? In a same folder, some files appear but some files not appear. I checked by file browser app and all my files have no problem. I don't know why some file don't appear in Print Smart app. I refreshed many times

Always has been convenient but I'm experiencing connection problems lately. Shows connected but data transfer page does not appear. Tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, removing network etc, still doesn't work.

Was worried about the low rating but it turned out fine. The app is pretty straightforward in telling you what you need to do to connect to the machine, pay, and print.

I love that I send my files directly to the machine by connecting to the Wi-Fi emitted by it, not upload them to the operator's server. I also love that I can prep ahead of time (choose my files) before I go into the store.

Tried to five times. It refuses to connect with the printer. Error message says that VPN is interfering with connection. I do not hav a VPN. Please fix the program.

Kudos for having an English version! Update: it used to work, they broke it with meaningless updates; it no longer works at all. Typical incompetence. しょうがない。Uninstalled. Epic Fail.

Unable to connect to multifunction printer with error... Used to work but not anymore.

It costs 10 yen to print from a usb but 80 yen to print from this app. This makes absolutely no sense.

Terrible app. Have never gotten the connection to work. The 7eleven app actually works

Smartphone cannot connect to the printer at all. Qr code also doesn't work.

Just made photo print fr. Adroid phone , connecting to printer is fast, instruction is given as easy as 123 .

Simple enough. Works perfectly.
