Keeps getting worse. You can't use the priority desktop site anymore (which makes presales a nightmare, as the app doesn't transfer correctly to the Ticketmaster app), but at the same time everything in the app links you to a webview? You're already logged into the app but you have to re-enter ALL your details to do anything? Any competition entered, each detail must be re-entered? O2 need someone who knows CX to review this app, it's frustrating. No Blue Monday notifications/reminders either 👎
A good rewards app. Sadly lost a lot of great deals (Caffe Nero/pizza express) but still worth checking. I try to always remember to use the Gregg's £1 deal. Even if I don't want it someone else usually does.
NEW - This updated App is useless! Keep getting logged out. Who designed it? They need fired. ORIGINAL - Some offers are good but need more local offers. Lots of offers are London based and don't include travel or stay. For a company that had income of £10.9 billion (!!) in 2022 I'm sure they could spare a few quid for travel & hotel. Maybe they don't know their customer base but not all live in London.
Every single time I open the app, and try to go to rewards, it says "Something went wrong". Whether on 5G, 4G, or my home WiFi, something goes wrong. I have not been able to use the app yet, despite being a customer since August.
Just a pain to use. Take the latest Blue Monday promotion - I have to log in (fine), then to enter I need to give my email and phone number again (why?), and then once I get my amazing greggs discount (well worth the tariff increases O2!) it wants me to enter my email and phone number AGAIN. Rarely anything of interest or use on offer.
Awful. If you're going to make Priority app-only, at least get the app to work. Been trying to get tickets this morning for Black Label Society (tried all three venues) but consistently states Priority sale is 'Happening Now' without actually offering tickets. I'm signed in, I've input my passcode. Tried force stop, tried deleting cache, restarted phone. Still get the same. Sort it out!
just does not work, trying to by tickets for David Byrne at Edinburgh playhouse. Click on but ticket now.. the app takes you straight to the ticketmaster page which shows "02 priority" happening now, thats it no way past this page or way to purchace. Even reinstalled the app tried again same result complete waste of time and bad for the blood pressure. not the 1st time has happen to me.
I cannot log in and get a "there was a problem with your request" error. If you're going to move blue Monday to your app it would be nice if your app actually works.
doesn't want to let me access any rewards, tried to reinstall, still the same problem, i have £20 in credit and asking me to top up if I want to access o2 priority. I used to use the app before with no problem not sure what happened...
When trying to verify my phone number after receiving the security code, the app keeps returning back to the same page without logging in. Total waste of time.
Updated Do you even fix things? Will be cancelling all our contracts as they end, pointless staying with o2, contracts cheaper elsewhere. Only stayed for priority but hasn't worked for ages now. Can't see if won anything, won't scratch or press to reveal. Usless Like it more if there were more discount, 2-4-1's, bogof offers on days out.
can't get it to open. says either log in with Virgin Media or O2, but then says "sorry there is a problem with this request". Rubbish.
It won't work to purchase priority tickets anymore. Might as well cancel my contract as that's why I'm with O2. This has been going on for a long time. Fix your app!!!!
This app is a SCAM!! I was in the queue to by tickets first thing and of course the app had a meltdown by the time it got to me. Don't waste your time downloading this app as you will never get through, even with "priority access"
Decent app but constantly having to re-enter login details is very annoying. why can't it leave me logged in like every other app?
The codes purchased, for cinema, often don't work (Code has already been redeemed error). then you have to email and wait for a response which takes several days. no use for that 'impulse, shall we go to cinema' moment at all. Edit: upon using the email address from the apps FAQ, they advise they do not handle that type of query, despite the FAQ saying explicitly that they do.
Kind of working ok, now, though the Greg's offer was not accepted by the shop, even though the code was clearly live and counting down. Hmmm.
The only good thing about this app is the Vue tickets for £9 that I get some weekends. But I won a fortnite competition and o2 sent the email to my spam box when it's never sent an email to my spam box before so I missed out on the win and I also won a tap to match socks prize entry but when I went to claim my prize the app glitched and froze and wouldn't let me collect my prize. Now I can't even see what I won. So this app is frustrating.
Used to be a great app but since introducing the 2 factor authentication its unusable. takes ages for 2 texts to come through and the code never works, always says there was an error. Deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times which worked once. Sort it out 02!
Blue Monday gifts don't always work the link for prsnt app doesn't give codes.Gifts have been a bit mixed set up as virgin media customer most of the time have got Greggs or digital magazine subscription.Prsnt app doesn't work with priority by the looks of reviews. Tried to get code from link just keeps saying no codes available and doesn't work with prsnt app.Why keep using a third party app partnership you know doesn't work. It is more of a frustration at the beginning of the week than a win.
