The app works pretty well once it gets going, but sometimes doesn't want to connect. One drawback is that it also seems to cause noticeably quicker battery drawdown so I tend not to use it when I'm unplugged. (It is of course always turned on when using wifi out of the house!) Update: After contacting PureVPN they passed the issue onto support and it wasn't long until the connection sped up and the signal hasn't been dropping. Battery drain isn't as much either. Very pleased with the app!

This app is totally terrible. Not only is the website broken so I can't get the addons I want, but the subscription packages are totally incorrect. Port forwarding is NOT included in most packages and is separate all together, too bad because I would have bought it! Now that I've looked around though, the port forwarding option looks to be total garbage anyways though (you can't allow specific ports, only all or none)! Can't wait to get a refund (IF POSSIBLE)!!

Got offered a trial for 99 cents, wasn't happy with my service, so I went to cancel. You are unable to, either from the app or the website, so I thought that it would be canceled at the end of the trial, like othet services. Nope, now I'm out nearly 60 bucks for the next two week. Not very trustworthy. If it's that hard/confusing to end a subscription, it's easy to imagine our data being easily shared to those, who made it so we needed a VPN
