New version is a step backwards. As most seem to agree, the new version takes away informative information. Performance graph resets to "all time" each login, and you can't view the value change on the graph anymore. Graph went up but no idea whether it was because it was a good day, investment or dividend. Also, don't need the pulsing blobs at login, I didn't just win the pokies for recalling my pin

I haven't used this app since 2023. Started back up a week ago. What an absolute scam this is now. Just randomly took a $5.50 maint fee out of my bank. That never occurred back in 2023. Yet I still did not receive any emails about these "fees." The rewards section is absolutely ridiculous. I've had $9.45 sitting there since 2023. I can't touch it, it doesn't go to the investments part, and I can't cash it out. So that's really pointless. Such a shame the news is participating in sharing a scam.

Been using the app for around a month, I have saved over $650, it takes an extremely long time to withdraw any money I've been waiting 6-7 days for my withdrawal to process other than the long wait times for money to withdraw this is actually a really good app to save money on I'm using this app to save for a new car. I would give 5/5 stars if the withdrawal wasn't so long but other than that it's a 4/5 atm

Better off using vanguard or stockspot, they're free except stockspot charge $1/month for over 20k investment fund. This Raiz investment platform is a ripped off, I wasn't informed about the hidden fees of $5.50 a month, plus the return isn't that good. It's used to be free before (like 5-7yrs ago). I am withdrawing all my money and put it on Vanguard. Vanguard lets you investment as much or less as you want and plus there's no hidden fees. You get paid dividends quite a lot over there.

5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t understand why people are annoyed by the fees. You should expect them; like any investment app or Superannuation, there are costs to manage your money. I use this as a serious long-term asset, not a short-term play. If you want high-frequency trading or volatile assets, there are other platforms, but for automated wealth building, this is excellent. I've gone straight to pro because I have full customisability.

A very user friendly app. Easy to setup and link required accounts. Perfect introduction into investments. the ability to create child accounts and teach them from an early age is such an amazing aspect to this app.

doesn't work, took all my details but refuses to accept them even though they are correct, I'm unable to set it up due to these issues. completely useless.

in the beginning it was not letting me sign up. now things have been sorted out, and see it is a great app, and easy to use. been using it for awhile now and makes investing fun and exciting. definitely looking forward to more updates.

Mostly good in the sense of usability, but got in at the wrong time and haven't made any money; in fact I've lost. That said it's a waiting game.

I have been using Raiz for several years. I find it easy to use. I have not had any issues with funds, adding or withdrawing. I do recommend it after years of experience now with no issues.

absolutely useless app, the returns are not great compared to the market as a whole and then once I decided to move my money else where the app wont let me change my bank details to get my money out. I contacted the support team, and they informed me on what to do to change my account. Each time I do what they tell me, it gets rejected, and when I contact them, they give me a new reason why my statement is rejected, not once have they give me the full list of criteria for the statements

Great app. It's really easy to start saving heaps because a small deposit accumulates a big earning.

Unable to link my bank account despite over 12 attempts with correct credentials. Unable to reset forgotten app pin without knowing forgotten app pin.

The app is easy to use and understand. There are many YouTube videos explaining it in detail and the benefits. I am very happy to have found this.

Consumer fintech done right. frictionless and tailored for the Aussie investor. Rewards , roundups and portfolio selection make a very easy way to start and continue an Investing habit. My investments ( and financial knowledge) have grown a lot since I signed up over 5 years ago , back when it was called acorns. it just keeps getting better.

Don't bother doing the surveys they won't pay you like they say they will even if you complete the entire survey, false advertising scam.

Try to get intouch with them is next to impossible. Their contact support number is a courier number on the app. Everytime i try and add another account on my profile. Keeps coming up as an error. (Please try again later) when you try and take out money. It's a 5 day wait. But I've been waiting over 5 days so far. Not happy, as it's my money.
