Works occasionally, but after opening it more than twice it locks up during load- requiring you to go into its application info, clear the cache and then force stop the application BEFORE trying to get into it again.

Camera won't turn on when trying to scan in to a venue. I've checked the app permissions several times. Changed camera permissions between 'While using the app' and 'Ask every time' but camera still isn't available. Camera permissions don't save either. Always changes back to 'While using the app' after booting up the app again and I still can't scan to sign into a venue.

very frustrating app, poorly written. It is very difficult to link RMS and Service NSW accounts together even though I have right information and have called Service NSW hot line about this. I also wasn't able to renew my licence with the app, kept endlessly looping asking me to enter my password and one time code and refusing to accept anything. I also have my old phone linked to my account but I can’t remove it.
