Works occasionally, but after opening it more than twice it locks up during load- requiring you to go into its application info, clear the cache and then force stop the application BEFORE trying to get into it again.

Camera won't turn on when trying to scan in to a venue. I've checked the app permissions several times. Changed camera permissions between 'While using the app' and 'Ask every time' but camera still isn't available. Camera permissions don't save either. Always changes back to 'While using the app' after booting up the app again and I still can't scan to sign into a venue.

very frustrating app, poorly written. It is very difficult to link RMS and Service NSW accounts together even though I have right information and have called Service NSW hot line about this. I also wasn't able to renew my licence with the app, kept endlessly looping asking me to enter my password and one time code and refusing to accept anything. I also have my old phone linked to my account but I can’t remove it.

why is it when you authenticate, you're sending the notification/one time code on the user's old phone instead on email or through sms. everyone knows people tend to change their phones a lot. you need to fire your developer , its the worst app ever

Savings finder did not seem to work properly after entering the required details. Page stayed blank several times, gave up.

Stopped loading a few days ago. Even after re-installing it still won't work. Trying to set a pin just gets stuck loading for hours.

Waste of my time. It won't allow me to apply for my seniors card because of a loop of information/ questions. It just takes you back where you started over and over.

Not had a great experience with this app. Nothing beats face to face. I will visit a branch from now on..

QR Code for check in has been broken for at least a month that I'm aware of. I only use the app for 2 things, this and driver licence. And now check in doesn't work. I open the check in section and there's no camera viewfinder at all. Just says QR Check in at the top and the rest of the screen is the white background. I've rebooted, cleared cache/data, reinstalled nothing fixes it

I have changed my phone, can't find anywhere to update the app with my new phone.

It’s really laggy after updated. Please restore it to the previous version asap.

Just renewed my licence, had the APP open as well once paid the digital licence updated straight away, Very Happy

Absolutely nonsense. Honor Magic 6 pro is not listed in the eligible device for installation!!!!

-service NSW has come a long way. I interact through the Nelson Bay team. They are quick, efficient, polite and a breeze to engage with. If every Govt department was like them, life would be so much easier

cool app love being able to check rego regularly people sometimes impersonate you though 💀💥 ⚡✨ maybe 🤔

Tried many times to add my driving license, but the generic error 'Something went wrong. Please try again.' is the only response. That is frustrating. 😞
