Unusable. Takes ages to log in, biometrics are enabled but never work/prompt for login, my device is connected directly to the WiFi gateway, but I can't manage my WiFi because it says it cannot communicate with the gateway and the only solution it offers is to restart the gateway. I have yet to find any useful purpose for the app so far, since it can't even do basic things like log in properly in the format I want. (I have cleared the app cache and reinstalled, same issue on desktop)

First issue I've had is while opening the app, sometimes it requires me to select my account twice like it didn't recognize when I selected it the first time (even though it shows the loading icon). Second issue I have is even though I've done all sorts of troubleshooting, there are specific devices the app won't actually shut off Wi-Fi to. It will say it's been paused but the devices continue to have Internet access. This app has great features but they only seem to kinda work.

Even after enabling the biometric login, every time it asks for login id and password. Worst feature is it's "Keep me logged in", not sure why it has been provided when it cannot keep you logged in after selecting. Seems like, trying to provide maximum security. And even worse, I see most people are complaining here about the same problem and AT&T's only response is to send an email. Do not understand why you can't fix the problem when you are getting these many reports about failing behavior.

This is the worst application ever. I'm experiencing home Wi-Fi issues. I'm trying to run the chat, but it's getting stuck when AI agent trying to warn me about the disconnect issues, then prompting to cancel, and again warning about the restart. So for two weeks, I don't have time to call during the day and can't get support through the chat.

I used to be able to use the manager to reset my wifi.. now idk. this new box doesn't seem to register with the app properly. I have wifi, I just connected using the info on back of box, but cant change anything from the manager app. seems pretty useless so far. and yeah the chatting is terrible. literally keeps cutting each other off if the other wants to type something simultaneously. it makes chatting slow and tedious.. this is exactly why I switched my phone service... att makes nothing easy

For weeks the profiles have been acting up, still keeping lines disconnected when they shouldn't be, it was an easy fix but annoying. now I can't seem to reconnect lines from the profiles, even when deleting profiles. it says theyre connected yet theyre paused causing no internet for the lines on the profiles. still works under wifi though.

This app sucks. It lets you remotely restart your router and manage network devices and that's it. I tried to use it to troubleshoot my Wi-Fi connectivity and it repeatedly insisted that I make an appointment with a technician that may cost money. Four independent speed tests across multiple devices, after fixing the issue MYSELF, have proven that everything is fine. The app still insists I need to pay a technician to come tinker with the router. I know when I'm being scammed. Worthless.

This app sucks. It hasn't worked properly for months. The profiles and devices pages won't load at all. I just get an error that sends me to a virtual chat. I go through the troubleshooting the chat suggests, and when the app reloads, the same issues persist. No, I'm not interested in sending an email. Looking at your lack of true response to several of the poor reviews left here, it's clear you don't intend to resolve the issue. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I like the ability to turn off devices and set groups to control access to the Internet. I also really like the ability to do the same for cell phones. Unfortunately, the schedules often don't work, the content restrictions are vague and didn't seem to work according to category and number of groups is limited to 6. One of the worst things is that the app is slow to load and sometimes doesn't even work. I have had to reinstall once and re set up my groups once in 6 months.

This app is useless 80% of the time, but was once upon a time a very useful app. Now, when I try to pause a device from using wifi in my home, I get a pop-up saying, "Hmm, that didn't work. Let's try it once more. " Well,I'll try it, and the same message repeats itself. Turn off my phone, turn back on... same thing. Uninstall the app, reinstall the app.. same thing. It'll also show devices connected that aren't even plugged in. If the functions worked like designed to do, then it would be great.

It was fairly useful and occasionally working before, but now it's just garbage. Since the update, when you open it, it just says "one moment, updating your Wi-Fi" and it stays like that. No change ever, no matter how long you sit on that app that's all it says. Can't get to my profiles or manage my devices. Can't do ANYTHING. No real help or troubleshooting. I've tried everything, no changes.

This app is the absolute worst, and the service is not much better. If you block a device from connecting, it will show the block icon, but the internet is still active. It's hit or miss being able to turn on the "downtime" for profiles, adding or removing devices to profiles works when it wants to. Even pausing a device doesn't work. One computer can sign on once, get paused, and then reconnect with the same device description but have a brand new active connection. There has to be a better way

Edited after 2 and a half years of use. App is constantly experiencing an error, logging you out and not letting you log back in. Once in, it's clunky and very slow. The ability to monitor what devices are on your WiFi is pointless when every other device is listed as "unknown device." Spent a lot of time identifying and renaming devices in my house only to have that all reset for some unknown reason. Incredibly frustrating app.

This app has become awful. Every day, I'm stuck on the "Checking Your Home Network" screen. Also, I can no longer see how much data is being used by the devices on my network. I live with multiple people, so knowing the exact numbers was extremely handy. Finally, there is one device in my home that hogs up a lot of data, but it will never let me "pause" or "block" it when needed. While the app looks more polished, this is overall a very poor update.

The app has improved. There are fewer advertisements and quicker simpler access to my router. However, I have almost no control of my router. As of now, only thing I can change is the WiFi Name and Password. That's it. There's nothing to enable parental controls. There's no option to block a list of websites. Nothing. You are still not the admin of YOUR wifi. AT&T is. Fix this plz.

Unable to sign in. When I first set up the app, on the day my internet system was installed, I was able to sign in and use the features of the app. However, since then I am no longer able to sign in. I have changed the password multiple times. Each time the new password works to log into my account online, but no in the app. When I attempt to sign in, I receive a message saying "We had to lock your account..." This issue has persisted for over a month now.

The app initially worked fine up until the point that it logged me out and I can't get back in. I keep getting the same error message when I login saying "you may need to sign in with a different user ID to link your account to your user ID" ??? Not sure why I need two user IDs to access 1 account, I've tried a lot of different methods and still nothing. I've tried on multiple occasions, plus the website itself isn't useful when it comes to problem solving. So ya good luck if you get signed out

I love the service. I never have any issues, but one of the main reasons I use the app is for downtime. I have 3 kids with multiple devices. It never works properly, no matter the time frame of the downtime or the day it doesn't turn them off. I am also unable to create downtime for two of my kids, so I have to manually pause them every night. I have uninstalled the app, removed the profiles and recreated them, removed the down time, and recreated it. Nothing works. I'd love some help with this.

Never loads each tab accrately and always says, "Looks like we're having trouble". Used to be a way better in that I could actually use and troubleshoot from but now it's a waste of space and useless. I don't know how many times I've had to disengage using the app shortcut feature, yet it still pops up....unwanted. Loading lags severely, which is a huge irritation.

Do you remember when you could instantly access your router and adjust settings as needed? Well, with this app, those days are long gone. No longer does it take seconds, but MINUTES to access your WiFi settings. You also don't even have a reasonable amount of control over them using this application. This is one of the worst pieces of "technology" I've ever had the displeasure of using. Hire some legitimate network engineers and QA people.
