Smart Transfer: File Sharing

Simple to use, I would recommend. My only gripes are that it does not install the apps automatically for you, though it does bring you straight to the install page on Google Play, which is still more convenient than having to look through both phones and search. It also plays an ad after every category, so this is not a set-it-and-forget-it app, but it was much more efficient than one I tried that was Bluetooth based, so I'm not too bothered about that. It also doesn't move over texts.

Great product for being free. I tried using Smart Switch and it kept freezing so I downloaded this app and was relieved to have something that works. It did take a long time to transfer all my content, but it worked. That is why my star rating is lower and the fact that after each category their is an ad. Not recommended to sleep on because you will wake up to an ad that you haven't clicked out of and will still have to continue transferring your old phones files.

It does what it said it will do, but it forces to you watch ads during the entire process which halts the transfer. After you watch the ads and close them, it continues. This ended up doubling the time to transfer. It also doesn't load any of your apps, so you'll still have to do that manually. I've used better free transfer apps that use far fewer ads and so transfer all your apps. Not worth your time.

Great for contacts and documents! Pictures too! And its pretty dang easy to use! But now all my music is full of pops and static.... Definitely took a toll on my music's original quality. So, dont use for music. Needs upgrade of the transfer bitrate. Either that or theres some translating issue when accepting or sending the files. Other than that, its super easy and effortless to use this app. A little sad that i have to fix my music, but i recommend. Shouldve tested it with a few tracks first!

I could not do it with my hotspot, so I had to go find a wi-fi to use. Then I had to run it twice for some reason. It actually got the transfer done in about 20 minutes. It took that long mostly because of traveling to get to wi-fi, or it might only have taken 5 minutes. The other bad thing was there was a lot of ads. Maybe 1 ad a minute. In 20 minutes there was 20 ads. On the positive side, I think it got transferrd what I wanted.

I have the oldest Samsung phone j7 Prime and when I bought new Oppo phone I was having trouble transferring or importing the SMS from my 10 years old phone to new phone but thanks to this app I figured out how to transfer everything

Great 👌 Tool for moving files,data,sms, messages, pictures, videos and more what I didn't like is that it cuts off and I would have to start over again. several times so what I would do is move a few files then come back to the rest of my files but I do appreciate that you guys warn us about the app may stop working at some point I really hope this get fix the phones I used are less that a 5-G and they have less storage but I'm glad to move files.

Smart Transfer worked great to transfer the SMS and MMS information from my old cell phone to my new cell phone. Before I used Smart Transfer, I tried transferring the data over by using a cable, by pairing the phones over the Wi-Fi, by using the the QR code option, and by backing up the data from the old phone to Google Drive to restore it on the new phone, but none of these four options worked. However, Smart Transfer did it the first time I tried to use it, and it was very easy to use.

this so was so user friendly very very simple to understand and it works on all operating systems. it was just. .. DOWNLOAD, PRESS, PRESS, CONTINUE, AND "BAM" transfer complete. then you to the developers of this app. you nailed it. now I can go about my day. 🥳

Best app I've tried for shifting all my stuff onto my new phone. You can be selective or just transfer the lot. Lots of options and not difficult to navigate. Other similar apps, (and I had to try quite a few before I found this one) do nothing but throw ads at you without actually working at all. The only downfall, and I'm ok with that, is that you have to watch a video at each stage of the transfer of each file group - one for pics, one for contacts etc.

try to connect. ad on both phones. connection fails. try again. another ad. long ads. However... after trying again and suffering through simultaneous ads on both phones it does appear to have worked

worst app in this world... Lot's of add if your phone off.again we have to reconnect,to transfer the all files.. and if add pop-up,really I'm tired to close the ads.. my free advice don't download this app

Cant get the 2 phones to connect due to adds that has no exit button. or continues adds on phone 2 wich ends up losing connection before ANYTHING gets done. Very poor.

Trying to clone Note20 Ultra to S25 Ultra but keeps losing connection partway through. Same WiFi. Phones next to each other. Displays set to stay active but keeps failing. Losing patience. Being paid subscriber is not helping.

doesn't even work. I waited 25 mins for the process to complete and nothing happened. literally nothing happened. it says transfer complete but not a single thing was actually transferred

SOO MANY ADS between starting app and tons of TIK TOK ads and running in the middle of using app with false hidden buttons . most p.o.s. trainwreck app that has no direction and sloppy. delete trash app from phone

Honestly far far better than I expected. Things are rarely simple, and this was SO easy! I switched over from my Samsung 8 to iPhone 11 and it did it all wonderfully. It took about 8 hours to transfer everything, and my photos all came as one lot instead of in albums, but that is likely to be expected when switching platforms. Would 10/10 recomend.

Thank you! I was beginning to think there wasn't an app that would transfer my information FROM a Samsung phone TO an android... this one did! I didn't have a lot but it did transfer and for someone not high tech it was fairly simple. It has a LOT of ads but it still works behind the scenes so I just let them run and closed them as they finished. This is a speedy process and well worth the annoyance of the ads. It finishes with asking about another app for backup and restore, old & new texts.

The ads are sooo freaking annoying. It's after every file transfer and you have to wait through the 30sec ad to be able to close it and get back to download page, it doesn't continue on itself otherwise. That aside, it keeps disconnecting while transferring big sized files, everytime. Despite having a stable connection. It's a useless app that wasted one and a half hour of my time for nothing.
