Annoyingly, the app allows you to change the text size, but when set to anything but the smallest option, the top of each paragraph's text and occasionally, the end of the paragraph, is clipped. This makes it very difficult to read. Makes me dread using app. An extra star added because it doesn't break my snowblower shear pins due to careless winter delivery folk throwing it in the middle of my driveway during a snowstorm. Love the content; hate the delivery options (physical and digital).

Former IT guy and this thing had me stumped. THIS IS THE OLD APP. To get the new one you have to g) to the strib in a browser and click on add to home screen. The problem I had was that the old app (this one) showed I didn't have access to it. Had to call support and they added my email to the account. OK, went back to This Old App and same deal. They didn't tell me about how install the new one. Not sure why this is still on the play store since the Strib updated it in August of 24. It's much.

They don't seem to support single sign on. There are multiple different sign on pages that the browser cannot handle. It's excruciatingly difficult to report a missed paper delivery. Finally, for years a css problem that cropped off the last line of a paragraph went undetected. But at least it's better than the metro transit app.
