I really like the app. Been using it for a couple weeks. It's nice to have a few minutes before bed to reflect on what good things happened to me. The daily reminder to use it helps, otherwise I probably never would remember... I'm hoping that with time, I will remember on my own to use the app, without my nightly reminder. If there was an option to be promoted more than once in the day/night, I would turn that on! :)

I was looking for an app that would allow me to write 3 things that made me feel positive and this app is very simple to use. I have tried writing the 3 things I'm grateful for in a notebook and I go off on tangents, taking way too much time that I lose interest. This keeps me focused. I can look back on what I wrote to remind me of the good things that happened. The only thing I found a bit glitch-y is when I press "edit" to add more details, it sometimes takes a few to respond.

Very easy app to use, I've never noticed any ads because I don't think there are any ads. Great for people like me who don't want to do a full journal but like to make little notations overall about the day. I'm not sure I like the prodding of each of the three entries per day, which begin with "I felt..." But overall a nice, to the point gratitude app. Good job guys.

I was looking for a gratitude journal. This is a great free app that prompts you to enter 3 good things every day. It helps shift your mindset towards the positive. When something good happens - even something small like seeing a swan while driving by a pond - I find myself making a mental note to add it to my journal later. If you pay for the app, you can record up to 5 things daily and send your journal to yourself in pdf format. I really appreciate that there are no ads.

Love this app so far, haven't had any issues with entries not saving or the app freezing. However, when I click on the reminder notification, it doesn't open the app. Not a huge deal because the notification still serves as a reminder to go to the app to make an entry, but it is annoying to have to dismiss the notification and then find the app and open it.

Most people don't know I struggle with ADHD, GAD, and depression. This simple app however inconsistently I've been using it, has been keeping me tethered to hope and is changing my focus, little by little. I go through a lot of apps. I'll keep this one for as long as it's maintained. And if it ever stops running, it's taught me how to keep the practice going.

This app is so simple but it makes a huge impact. I love gratitude journaling, and this simplifies it and makes it easy. I don't notice ads in the free version. It would be cool to be able to upload pictures to connect to memories, or to be able to snooze my reminder if I can't enter at that time. But, for a free version, I have 0 complaints! Love it and highly recommend.

Love this app! Haven't had it very long but I love the simplicity and how you don't have to put in ANY personal info! The only thing I would think of changing is having the option to change the background color, but it's not big enough a deal to make me stop using this app! It's easy, free, simple, and wonderful. Would highly recommend!!

No complaints! It's simple, I haven't yet encountered an ad at all, and I really enjoy making the time (it's only at most ten, fifteen minutes and only that because I WRITE, as evidenced here) for myself to consider back through the day. Some days it's a stretch to come up with three good things, but I invariably do. Give it a try! It's been a nice little mental exercise tool for me. I look forward to going back and re-reading some of them.

I had low expectations for this app as I did not believe it would actually do anything for my mindset but after a couple weeks of using this app, I've noticed it has gotten easier to find things I'm grateful for! I find myself with a more positive mindset in my every day life! It helps me reflect my day and see what I can improve on, and they don't push you to complete it every day as they only send a little reminder at a set time. Would highly recommend as it forms a habit to be more positive!

It seems like such a great idea for an app, but it started lagging really badly on my second entry, and by my third entry, I couldn't even finish cause everything kept freezing up. Didn't even get to complete one day. But there's no ads, so that's always a plus in my book. Would consider redownloading and supporting app if issue is fixed.

I enjoy using this app to make my gratitude list for the day. I just use the free version. I've never seen an ad! I love to look back on previous entries and learn how much progress and self development I'm achieving. Super simple layout and option to print out a PDF. I laugh at some of my entries as I look back in the past, sometimes I think, what was I thinking?! lol 🩷🩷🩷

This app is super simple to use. Both the free and paid versions are nice. I personally chose to upgrade it $11 a year for the night screen option and ability to add 2 (so 5 lines total) more gratitudes to my daily gratitude list. There are no ads, thank goodness. The paid version also allows you to save a pdf version of your entries if you choose. The reminders is nice also. My only wish is that i could select and copy entries for sharing that way (although screen shots are second best).

I love the simplicity of this app. Using it is clear and straightforward; there is no guesswork involving arcane symbols, and there isn't an excessive number of choices about silly things like the preferred shape of the letter B. The user remains focused on one point. It's . . . beautiful. The only thing I don't like is the quote at the bottom: "Joy is only real when shared." False! Joy is equally available to the individual. I'm looking forward to seeing if this app stands the test of time.

Unstable on S22 Ultra, once an entry gets more then one sentence in length, the app becomes unresponsive to the point where any keyboard entry or navigation used is delayed by 4-5 seconds. I was really enjoying the habit of embracing positivity at the end of the day, and I wish so much for the app to behave so I can continue to use it. I guess this is where the S pen comes to the rescue? Edit: yes I counted, unfortunately; exactly 100 characters is the point which it starts to lag.

I like the idea of the app and overall it's good. However, for the past several months, there's been this weird bar overlapping the top of the screen so I can't see the date at the top. Theoretically a small deal, but sometimes I miss a day and I write my things in the wrong date because I can't see the date. I alerted their customer service and they said they'd work in it but that was months ago. Tried reinstalling but that didn't fix... Really annoying

I've been having the app for about a week and I love it! Some days it can be hard to really think of 3 good things; but I'm finding myself looking for good things throughout the day and seeing more positivity day to day. I definitely look forward to using this long term. Plus, very simple to use, no Ads, mo data collection.

I like the simplicity and the push notifications are very effective. I took one star off because it doesn't allow you to backdate entries- sometimes I'll forget to make the entry until the next morning and as a result I'll use up my slot for the current day :c Edit: nvm, found the feature! you just have to swipe right or left to get to the right day. the tutorial was buggy and didn't mention this until I swiped. upgrading to five stars anyway.

Very simple and effective. Over time I stopped focusing on '3 good things' and started treating this app more like a journal. Thinking about all the positive things that happen at the end of each day and writing them in a 3 paragraph format. It's nice to be able to look back and remember how I felt on certain days.

This is a very straightforward app, it does what it's supposed to, and it's free. My favorite part of the app is that it encourages me to make it a personal journal by recording not just the 'good things' but also how they made me feel. This creates space for self reflection and allows for the recording of those emotions. I am hoping to budget for an annual subscription soon in order to unlock the additional features!
