Wellsite Navigator

I bought this app in 2018. It WAS great. 1. Lately, I have to sign in like every week, when I literally went years without signing in. Why? 2. Once I sign in, the only wells I can see are my favorites. I contacted support and they told me to re-install. That fixed it for a while, but now I am back to no other wells. If I click the "Show nearby wells", nothing happens. 3. The app is glitchy when it never was before. I just tried to look at it and it would not even open the map. Fix it!

Another great app destroyed by greed. Have had this app for years. This new update has initiated a monthly subscription . I paid for the app, I paid for additional layers, now they want another $10 a month to use this app. I don't use it enough to justify the expense. On top of all that, the update had the shittiest timing. I was unable to sign in for several days. Am uninstalling this waste of data storage, very dissatisfied, as I had a month of subscription left, not credited.

I have used this app for several years and it worked well. Then someone came up with the bright idea to update the site without knowing what they were doing. Now its terrible. I have emailed the company 3 times about missing info (ie.searching by API#) and the confusion of working with this new update. All I keep getting is a heartless "I'm sorry we're currently working on it or it will be fixed and updated tonight". All excuses, no fixes. Don't roll out an update if it is not ready. Not cool.

when you drop out of service, it repeatedly asks you if you want to exit navigation. and I mean every couple of seconds. so yes and no are right next to each other, you keep hitting no in the middle of nowhere until you accidentally hit yes because it's 1 mm away from no and now you are without any kind of map guidance or service when you need it the most and have pads all around you that you are unable to navigate to. When this app isn't trying to strand you, the price and map are right

I am very impressed by their customer service. I purchased the permanent access package in late 2019 and lost access today. Customer service replied to my email in less than an hour and resolved the issue. I highly recommend this app for oilfield navigation. I have safely relied on this app for over six years.

useful to find location But the worst app for directions to a location, it always tries to take you along the pipe line route.

the latest few updates have absolutely broken this app. it constantly gets stuck on the map, and won't refresh the search tab, the pin constantly gets reset to disappear and the search tab won't show results unless I tell it I want a well or a disposal. I absolutely hate this app now. you need to fix it to make it worth the subscription. trash app that belongs in the bin.

My subscription was just withdrawn from my bank account and I'm unable to use this application. I keep recriving a message that this link is no longer available.

What once was a phenomenal app is now a giant turd. Every update gets worse. It takes six steps to share a pin drop with someone that is not a user and now you can't search for Wells using partial terms, if you don't spell out the full name or numbers in order it will not find it. Used to be so functional and is now just terrible. I have a company with 30 users and I will be searching for an alternative. Very unfortunate!!

This app has way too many glitches to cost this much money. It stops navigating if you don't have the app open all time, so I close and renavigate but then it won't being up the well I'm looking for that I just navigated to even though it just showed it, so I close again and renavigate, or it won't bring up a well on my phone that I can literally look up on the exact same app as my co-worker who's right next to me, app will freeze and not let you click on anything. Way too much money for this.

Great App! Been using it for years. Great tool for truck drivers. Couldnt transfer over the old version I payed for to my new phone (Don't think it's compatible with the new operating system). Wish they could break things apart into different monthly pay packages so it can be cheaper for those just needing well navigation and not rig locations. Overall a great product!

I went to use the app this morning to direct an employee to a well. All the layers are gone and says I've never downloaded them. I use this app daily for my job as an account manager. All of my favorites are gone! Error message popped up directing me to clear app cache. Which I did. Now all of my favorites disappeared. If I have to add these as favorites again I will simply find another alternative like Go to Well.

TAKES ME OFF THE HIGHWAY TOO EARLY This app keeps taking me to the lease roads with no option to alter faster routes I'm finding on my own. This last run, it added over an hour to my drive if I would have stayed on your course. Having to do the homework before I drive to make sure my route isn't going to make me drive 15 miles on lease road instead of just 2 miles. Very frustrating.

I was a legacy user when this new version came out. I was hopeful for an even better app but the new version has been nothing but a diappointment. Harder to navigate, wants to use Google Maps which is worthless for oilfield roads. Most of all, 99% of new wells and locations don't give you the latitude & longitude. I use to tell everyone to use Wellsite Navigator, not any more. On the verge of cancelling and deleting.

I used to be able to look at Wells that were in the area on each pad on android and click on exactly what well they were and their location, lat. lon. on maps, But now it just shows the area and that there is a location there but doesn't show the wells to click on them unless you know exactly what well you are trying to find and search for it. Is there a way to fix this or is there a fix for it. Thank you very much your a life saver

Worked great, till update on 30 May, 2023. Now app closes when attempting to click on well name. Making this app now useless. Update: Although I had a paid subscription, I was still on the 7-day free trial, even though my account stated I had a paid subscription. The single day the Wellsite Navigator app kept crashing was the transition day between 7-day free trial and paid subscription. Also, I had to uninstall the app completely then reinstall the app and do a new update. Then it worked!

I was extremely upset that the new app wanted me to subscribe when I had already paid for the earlier version. I sent a pretty heated email to the development team who responded right away and kindly explained to me that as a legacy user I could access all the data I previously had and how to do so. I figure the least I could do was delete my bad review and replace it with this one. Thanks guys! Your app makes life so much easier out here!

Can't justify continued subscription after the $50/year increase considering I've noticed nothing new added to explain the increased expense. App occasionally loses downloaded map data. Redownload things on several occasions only for it to tell me I'm operating exclusively in online mode. Kind of a potential problem if I need locations in an area with poor network coverage. In-app step-by-step navigator isn't very good. It does a poor job of notifying you when you're approaching turns.

Unfortunately I don't need the app anymore but I absolutely loved it I was lost without it when I started in the oilfield and when I got it it had every location I needed on there only problem I had was it being case sensitive but even that was easy to figure out in most cases. It's expensive but definitely worth it, considering I used the app every day for 2 years. I emailed customer support when I was trying to figure out how to cancel my subscription, and they were extremely nice & helpful

I've been using this app for a little while now and it's proven to be a good choice. It pops up the wells almost dead on which is great! There has been a couple times i couldn't find a certain well but that's understandable for it being a new drill. I've recommended this to other people as well because it beats going to a binder and flipping thru other maps just find out you don't even have one for that lease smh. Easy and hassle free is the best way to go
