the app was great in the beginning, had current balances, and was easy to use. After 6 months, when I tried signing in, the app said user not found. I called the service number and was told to uninstall and reinstall the app, I did that, and it worked for a few months then it did it again but this time uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. I have funds avaliable and can sign in on the web browser but the app doesn't work at all anymore. update: two months later, still cannot use the app.

Best thing WIC could have done. This app is so easy to use and so very helpful while keeping everything you need in 1 spot. The scan bar is a lifesaver for the yogurt part of my list. The app is very glitchy, you can't select any of the on screen buttons which are supposed to help provide more information about what you can and can't buy. Never put it passed the government to do the most half assed vetting of third party companies to design UI and software. Disappointing but to be expected.
