the app was great in the beginning, had current balances, and was easy to use. After 6 months, when I tried signing in, the app said user not found. I called the service number and was told to uninstall and reinstall the app, I did that, and it worked for a few months then it did it again but this time uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. I have funds avaliable and can sign in on the web browser but the app doesn't work at all anymore. update: two months later, still cannot use the app.

Best thing WIC could have done. This app is so easy to use and so very helpful while keeping everything you need in 1 spot. The scan bar is a lifesaver for the yogurt part of my list. I always had such a hard time with finding the correct 1 on my list. I definitely recommend this app to everyone who receives WIC. 10 out of 10 **********

The app is very glitchy, you can't select any of the on screen buttons which are supposed to help provide more information about what you can and can't buy. Never put it passed the government to do the most half assed vetting of third party companies to design UI and software. Disappointing but to be expected.

Scanning things was alot faster when the app first came out. After changes were made now you have to go through the "how to scan images" and then scan the barcode which that alone takes longer than before. The question mark is placed to the scanning button for a reason so the "how to scan" shouldn't be reintroduced every time. A "how to" intro should be done to first timers. It is also a pain after you scan that you have re-enter the benefits section vs it taking you back into your benefits.

This app has crashed on me from not allowing me to log in or not recognizing my account to freezing period. I Had to Uninstall it and the 2nd time I reinstalled it, I was able to get in . Was not happy with slow inaccurate performance but now it's been working, we shall see ...To Be Continued!!!!

The app first started working wonderfully then all of a sudden I could not log in and the page did not line up with my phone screen so there was no login button all I could see was my email and username. I uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall and it won't even allow me to do that. Making it completely unuseful. At this point I wish I had the checks cuz at least then I could see my benefits. I do not like having to call the back of the card and write it all down. Such an inconvenience.

I have been trying to get this app to work for a month. It continues to forcestop everytime before it even opens. Ive tried the usual troubleshooting techniques and it doesnt change a thing. This needs to be addressed. Many people are depending on this to work. : (

Warning...Stores cannot tell you if wic items were taken off of the total on your receipt until after you pay. Many stores don't have all wic items in their system. This has forced me to pay for wic items that I wouldn't have purchased. My advice is, until the system (wic or store) gets their information correct, keep making wic transactions separate from your regular transaction. I now know this after finding out that I paid for wic items myself (twice). The second time, I told the cashier before I paid and she couldn't tell me what was accepted as wic until after the transaction. They didn't want to do anything afterwards about it because it was a huge deal to do a return. They just said that if I scanned the items, the app would tell me if it was wic approved. When I got home, I scanned the items that were not taken off as wic and they were wic approved, but they never came off of my receipt! How frustrating for people that need help, not extra things to buy!

At first I loved this app! Then about a week in I started realizing it really needs improvements. I'd scan stuff and it would say it wasn't eligible but I've bought the item before so why not now? I've paid for wic items that should of came off as wic. I haven't been able to log in for a few weeks now, it says bad connection or some other message, I have full bars and sometimes even with wifi. When all the stores and wic get the glitches out it will be a helpful app..... Until then good luck!

Used to be a great app up until I tried logging in and all of a sudden I can't use my user name, even tho I had been using said user name to sign in this entire time, and the email that I used to register with is suddenly and conveniently 'invalid'. But yet when I go to the actual website, I have to reset my password because of too many failed login attempts... But yet supposedly my username and email are invalid in the app. At this point I've given up, deleted the app and just use the website.

The app never works. Everytime I want to use it I have to reinstall it every time. Huge pain. I loved the idea of how convenient it was to keep track of balance, and being able to scan for approved items. Of course it never actually works though. I've sent numerous reports on it malfunctioning but it doesn't help.

I've been trying to log in for almost 2 days and I occasionally can after waiting about 10ish mins and when I go to see my benefits it states I have none when I just joined both WIC and the app last week and no I didn't use it all up. It does make shopping quiet difficult.

Worked fine for a few months. Then i went to log in one day and my password didnt auto appear. I put in my password and it said to enter valid information. Tried to do forgot password and apparently my entire account was now invalid. I uninstalled the app. Guess I'll just keep my reciepts from now on.

I've been using this app for years and now all of a sudden I just tried to go log in and it is crashing and keep saying wic2go has stopped it keeps closing out WIC and not logging me in and letting me acess a thing. I have also restarted my phone uninstall the app restarted my phone took the necessary steps to try and fix it but as of yet there's no fixing it

DOES NOT WORK. for some reason they will not go with wic shopper like the rest of the country but instead make the world's worst app. impossible to track your balance. also, the last update was more than 2 years ago. come on!

This app is horrible 90% of the time it keeps shutting down. I keep downloading it repeatedly and login all it do it's loading and loading smh. They need to fix this app seriously I wish there was another app that I can use. Thus is very frustrating and dissapointed. It doesn't deserve no stars at all. Now I need to control my balances and other stuff and I can't get it.

Recently, it has started giving me an error that prevents me from logging in. When I attempt to change my password, it still gives an error. I closed the app. I updated. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I'm not really sure what to do at this point.

HELP! this app was working perfectly and now all of a sudden it wont even open anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it wont open it won't even load. SOMEONE FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP!!!!! It was so much more helpful then keeping all the receipts to keep track of what I needed!!!

User ID not found Loved the app but now cant even sign in like what's the point in even having this if your going to run into these problems. Cant even contant any customer support for this problem so now I have to call everytime to see what I have available which is time consuming.

This app is getting really annoying it's forever loading it won't let me sign in it's telling me I have no benefits when I just got my benefits causing me to have to call the WIC center I don't understand what's going on it used to be fine but now it barely lets me login you have to wait so long , you have to try so many times It keeps saying user doesn't exist and when you finally get in it tells you that your time is expired after never loading the page of your benefits with the wrong info😑
